• Auburn Lodge has iPads available for residents to use. With care staff trained to help residents to use them to make staying in touch with relatives that much easier
• Auburn Lodge will make available the technology required to contact relatives and friends via the internet by arrangement Free parking outside and on the nearby main road

• A family room is available where relatives can stay, which is especially comforting after a long journey. Breakfast is available in the morning allowing for a great visit*
• Being part of Platinum Home Care Auburn Lodge has access to community based care services to assist residents to attend appointments etc

Residential Care

Each guest can relax and enjoy being cared for in warm, comfortable surroundings whilst our experienced carers make them feel at home with us. Freshly prepared food is available from the kitchen prepared by our in house Chef. A range of traditional meals are available each day, and all dietary needs are taken in to account.

Respite Care

We recognise that everyone needs a break now and then, a short stay in our respite room can be enough to give you a renewed energy to live at home again. In some cases respite care may be because of a period of recovery from illness or injury, where our carers can help to make sure that the recovery is swift and well managed.

Day Care

Day Care is available between 10am and 5pm, which can be an excellent way to socialise and enjoy a day off household chores. You can enjoy a home cooked meal for lunch, and spend some time relaxing or pampering yourself in a nice hot bath, with the reassurance that our staff are on hand to look after you.

Home Care

Through our Platinum Home Care service we can provide home care as an extra service to the respite care. Platinum Home Care is a long established care service which recognised the convenience that would be offered by opening our own Care Home.
